Colour Mark Sensors

This series of sensors consists of a 3 colour light source ( Red, Blue, Green) switching function that has the ability to automatically select a colour depending on the contrast of the workpiece. It is also possible to do adjustments while watching values. There is also a 8-bank switching function that eliminates time wasted when changing setup of multi-product lines 

This white LED digital amplifier enables easy detection of subtle colour differences and includes 3 teaching models, dynamic teaching, 2-point teaching and 1-point teaching to support various detection requirements. It also has the fastest response time of 16μs in the world which can detect over 30,000 workpieces per second. Additionally, there is also dual sensitivity correction included for stable operation.
