Easy Mounting Series

These sensors are square type and comes with a mounting hole that can be easily installed. Head ON, Side ON and Flat ON mounting types can be switched easily and it also has a bending radius of R1/R4 mm. Comes in though-beam as well as diffuse optical types.

Sleeve Side-view Series

These series have a side angle light beam that provides optimal detection in narrow areas with a wide range of variations including flexible types and heat resistant types. Comes in though-beam and diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R1-R30mm

Retro-reflective Series

These sensors allows for stable detection of transparent workpieces. Comes in a built-in polarizing filter type as well as a narrow type.

Thread type Series

These sensors can be mounted with a threaded nut and have an adjustable mounting type that switches between straight view and side view. A metal sheath is available to protect against cable breakage. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R10-R25mm.

Flexible R4/R2mm Series

These fiber sensors can be mounted on moving parts which can withstand 800,000 cycle of bending test. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with limited diffuse reflective types optimized for glass substrate alignment is also available.

Small Object Detection Series

These sensors are able to detect small objects with a spot focus lens sizes with an adjustable spot size as well as a 0.125mm diameter fine core that can handle very small objects. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R4-R15mm.

Cylindrical Type Series

These compact and space-saving sensors comes in fine core, side view as well as standard types that can detect small objects with high accuracy in narrow areas. Comes in through-beam as well as diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R1-R25mm

Flexible R1mm Series

This fiber sensor with a radius of 1mm allows for the smallest possible bends which prevents snagging. Over 20 types are available including though-beam and diffuse types.

Screen/Array Series

These series are suitable for detection of complex shapes and when workpiece passage locations are not fixed. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with radius ranging from R1-R25mm.

Sleeve-Straight Series

These sensors are have high mounting flexibility which comes with a bendable sleeve. Comes in thread type as well as cylindrical type which also allows for easy adjustment of positioning. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R1-R25mm.

Flexible R2mm Series

This easy to handle fiber sensor with a bending radius of 2mm can switch between straight and side view in terms of mounting types. It also offers a 40mm wide screen type which can detect objects with complex shapes as well as fallen objects. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types.

Limited Diffuse Reflective Series

This series specializes in detection at a limited distance for mapping and alignment. We have a total of 14 models in this series which is the most number of models in the industry. It comes in Flat ON, Head On as well as Side ON to detect items such as cap orientation, wafer mapping and hoop existence. Bending radius ranges from R1-R25mm.

Narrow View/Wafer Mapping Series

These sensors comes with a built-in lens and a narrow aperture of 2 degrees or less with long range detection that minimizes light leakage. Retro-reflective type is also available aside from diffuse and through-beam type for wafer mapping. Ultra thin fiber units and reflectors of up to 2.2mm are also available. Bending radius ranges from R1-R25 mm.

Chemical Resistant Series

This series consist of a fluoroplastic coating which protects the fiber portion from many different chemical types as well as oil types, which is greatly beneficial in pharmaceutical industries. There are also options to select between 7 through-beam types and 1 diffuse type for use with various chemicals. Bending radius ranges from R20-R60mm.

V2RF Series

This potentiometer type amplifier also has a IP66 degree of protection as well as mounting holes for M3 screws. This amplifier also features an 8-turn potentiometer with sensitivity indicator so as to easily see how much sensitivity is being adjusted. These amplifiers also come in cable and connector types and it can also achieve long range detection even though it has the same response time as the conventional model of 250μs.

UC1-CL11

This CC-Link Communication unit allows D3RF series fiber sensors or the CD22 series laser displacement sensors to be connected to CC-Link networks. It also has a Mitsubishi iQss ( iQ sensor solution ) support which is the linkage of sensors, PLC, GOT and engineering platforms that allows for batch management. This unit also reduces wires which can save space as well as capable of remote monitoring of sensors.

Heat Resistant Series (130℃ or below)

These sensors comes in a nut type, which does not protrude even when mounted on the conveyor side, hence no extra space is needed. It also includes 45° angle light axis and different sleeve lengths so as to detect transparent glass substrate and also to simplify the mounting jig and installation. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R10-R25 mm.

Liquid level & Liquid leak Detection Series

These sensors are specialized in detecting liquids. In terms of detecting liquid levels, we offer a pipe mounted type which can be mounted onto pipes with a diameter of 8-80mm without being affected by water droplets and bubbles. We also offer the liquid level contact type which has a tip at the sensor head to prevent liquid accumulation. Liquid leakage detection is to prevent diffusion of light, which can affect outcome of results.Bending radius ranges from R4-R60mm.

D3RF/D3IF Series

These high-speed fiber amplifiers have a reputation of having the fastest high-speed response in the world. They also offer power saving in an ECO mode function by turning off sub-monitor(Green) and darkening main-monitor(Red). Furthermore, it is also easy to see and intuitive as it has the widest display in the industry as it adopts a high LED 7-segment display which makes visibility better from a distance.

UC1-EC

This EtherCAT communication unit is a compact slave adapter to the EtherCAT network and allows for mixed connection with fiber sensors and displacement laser sensor amplifiers. Its wiring is also good when it comes to space saving. Setup, monitoring and maintenance of connected sensors with the network via the UC1 unit that were made manually can now be made remotely.

Heat Resistant Series ( 180 to 200℃)

This series come with a joint type concept for the free cut ordinary temperature fiber and heat resistant fiber making it easier to remove or attach the fibers, and also to adjust the fiber length. Comes in through-beam and diffuse optical types with bending radius ranging from R10-R35 mm.

Lens for Through-Beam Series

These lenses allows for sensors with through-beam types to have longer sensing distances as well as a side view lens for space saving

D2RF/DGRF Series

These amplifiers features dual output, dual displays as well as dual sensitivity correction functions. It includes the ASC (Automatic sensitivity correction) for when using transparent object teaching. It also has IP66 protection types which is water resistant and also a dual support function for difficult detection conditions which features the APC ( Automatic power control ) with a 4 element red light LED source which automatically corrects changes in light emission levels.

UC1-EP

Similar to the UC1-EC, this unit is a compact slave adapter to the EtherNet/IP network and also allows for mixed connection with fiber sensors and displacement laser sensors.

Heat Resistant Series ( 250 to 350℃)

This series offers limited diffuse reflective type which are optimal for glass substrate alignment, aside from the through-beam and diffuse optical types. We offer 8 variations which includes 2 through-beam types, 3 diffuse types and 3 limited diffuse types to suit any high temperature applications. Bending radius ranges from R10-R25mm

D1RF Series

This Teach-In + Display type amplifier has a IP66 degree of protection which can protect the amplifier against water, as well as mounting holes for M3 screws which allows amplifiers to be mounted without use of DIN rail or mounting bracket. These amplifiers also comes in cable as well as connector types which are cost-effective and does not require wiring when replacing sensors.

BRF/BGF Series

These fiber amplifiers have a easy to turn sensitivity adjustment 10-turn potentiometer that can be turned with fingers as well as a high speed response to up to 50 μs. They also come in standard type, which has optimal long range detection, high-speed type which can detect up to 10,000 objects per second and also the mark detection type which have a green LED that allows subtle two-colour discrimination.

UC2-IOL

This communication unit is an IO-Link gateway to connect sensors to IO-Link network. It has a compact interface to save space and channels on IO-Link Master unit and can connect a maximum of 16 units of D3RF/D3WF fiber sensor amplifier or 8 units of CDA displacement sensor amplifiers.
