BGS Distance Setting Sensors

These series of sensors have enhanced operability I/O selection that models with IO-Link, analog output and 3 control outputs available. They also have a class 1 laser allows for long distance measurement at up to 2.5m which also have a very clear and visible spot, making axis alignment easy. This series is also equipped with a 3 digit easy-to-see digital display allowing users to make threshold adjustments easy.

These ultra-compact long range detection sensors have a maximum range of 4.5m and is capable of stable detection even over long distances, glossy or low-reflectance pieces. Furthermore, they are also capable of stable detection even when determining level differences such as low hysteresis for white objects of less than or equal to 5% Similar to the TOF-DL series, these sensors also rely on class 1 laser which is safe on the eyes.

These red laser diode series includes a built-in controller and a 4-digit display and is capable of having a stable detection regardless of object colour. They are able to detect a minimum of 0.08mm of height difference and is also ideal for robot mounting thanks to its compact dimensions and light weight together with its IP67 water tightness. For BGS-HDL, it has 2 output types and it is possible to switch between Output 2 and Teach Input.

These digital laser sensors have high detection stability as it uses a C-MOS linear image sensor which can accurately detect reflected light received along a row of elements arranged in a straight line. They also include a "SEN" automatic sensitivity control function as well as a FGS (Foreground Suppression) mode which are optimal for slightly black or glossy workpieces.

These sensors comes in both laser (class 1) as well as high power narrow LED beam types with the laser spot size of diameter 1mm at 100 mm (short range type). It also has a highly accurate height detection due to low hysteresis. They also include a mounting hole pitch of 25.4mm as well as feature a substrate detection type that allows stable detection even if substrate type is changed.

These small sensors come in handy when it comes to small spaces with its high speed response of 0.5ms and accurate detection of small workpieces. They also have a maximum sensing distance of 300mm and a Red LED light source. Furthermore they also have a water resistance as they have a degree of protection of IP67.

This low cost BGS sensor uses a class 2 laser light source as well as a low cost potentiometer type featuring a 2PD( 2-photo-diode) for the receiver element that boasts high level positioning performance. It has a maximum sensing distance of 700mm.

These stainless-steel housing sensors have a degree of protection of IP69K( cable type)/IP69g( connector type) as well as a low deterioration 4 element red light LED for the light source. It is excellent is oil and water resistance which makes it feasible for the food, automobiles and machine tools industries! This series is a renewal of the BGS-V series that includes dual lens that achieves long range detection together with a finely adjustable 2-turn potentiometer with a maximum sensing distance of 1m. This series also include easy-to-see dual indicators to check output status at a glance as well a pivot type M12 connector for replacing cables and sensors.

This LED BGS sensor enables spot light to be clearly seen thanks to the high brightness emitting LED with a diameter of 10mm/100mm which is also effective against workpiece tilting due to its good angular deviation. Workpiece colour will also not affect the stable detection of the sensor 

These M18 cylindrical sensors are easy to install and also comes in metal and plastic housing. It has a detection distance of 300mm with a fast response time of 1ms. Adding on, it also comes with a custom ASIC with a power circuit that help avoid electric damage from the power line. Potentiometer is also made of silicon for high durability against chemical impact.
